MISC QUESTION! 〉 it's a little half and half with her. in canon, momo is lieutenant of the 5th division in Soul Society (a sort of militaristic system that exists in the afterlife) which means that she does possess leadership skills/qualities. the only thing holding her back is her personality. she hates violence and is more of a pacifist, and lacks the drive to exert her position over subordinates. yet it is also because of her personality that people usually follow whatever she says anyway.

TALENTS 〉 as mentioned earlier, momo isn't exactly a stereotypical leader in terms of exerting power and position over subordinates. she prefers to treat everyone equally and usually gains support from others due to her compassionate and caring demeanor. this doesn't mean she's a doormat though, momo is a skilled tactician and despite her looks, she's skilled in combat and knows what she's doing. she plays to her strengths and when the situation calls for it, she will step up and take the reigns. she's also responsible, works very hard, and doesn't like to slack off.
