Aren't you a police officer? Is this how you react when given information? There has always been a pattern when the Landlord does something, this is the second time similar pattern happens, so keep track of it for future reference.

Just because the police is not reacting to things the way you expect it to be doesn't mean that they aren't doing their job. There's so much that anyone can do about it right now, don't you think? No matter how much information you gather it's not going to actually do anything to better the situation. As it is, the information is useless in tracking down where the missing individuals are at right now. And you're taking precious time away from me when I could be setting the enforcers together to try and find those missing or any clues regarding the sudden changes. Keeping track of it is going to do shit-all for the current situation, so having this kind of conversation is what I would expect for after it has been resolved. You can sit in your office and write a report of your information gathering if you want, but I have a task force to direct into finding the missing individuals.
