I have been told that you handle law enforcement here. Is that correct?

I'm not claiming to be the leader for the enforcement unit being set up, but I've been involved in its initial stages of development, yes. And I suppose I'll be handling the managerial role until we find someone more suitable for the task.

And then all of law enforcement had to wear cravats on duty

How has it developed so far?

Hmm, so far we have a group of about ten potential volunteers to take on law enforcing duties. We've found a building to suit the needs of the job, and it's predicted that we'll get started by the third week of the month.

How are they faring so far? [Have they caught any crooks, how do they roll with patrolling, etc.]

Like I said, we've just about started on the prototype of the whole thing. We're setting it to work in two weeks time, so you'll have to be patient. By the forms they're filling out though, they seem pretty reliable in terms of their own world experience.

What do you look for in a possible leader, then?

Someone who can lead, who is not a tyrant, and who can keep things in perspective not just for those he serves but for those under him.

My thoughts on electing a leader, if ever, is to note down if any of the current volunteers have any experience in leadership or the qualities of one, and then put them in situations where they have to show what they claim.

I doubt we'll consider anyone to lead us for at least a month or two.
